OK!
So, i fail miserably at finishing a project. So i'm going to post on here everyday of a watercolor drawing AND a comic strip drawing. Everyday, meaning, i should get this up and posted before i fall asleep, which could be 3 in the morning.

This is my resolution right now!
+ to go on a date at least once a week.

ok, my goal for this year is to finally make that webcomic website that i sooo put off for too long.
I'm taking a Technical Writing class so that will help me to make my site visually appealing and not confusing or messy. I also have an HTML teaching program so i actually do start it from scratch. And then there is always the internet for help.
I plan by the end of this month... crap thats in 3 days... by the end of next month to have a temporary site up. Also, with a comic on it's front page.
To help me come up with the idea of a comic i will rely on my "The art of looking sideways" book with lots of random/trivial facts and pictures.
i might just keep this website and have it alongside my comic page on Comic Genesis, a free webhosting provider for webcomics.
But along side that, i will still continue my quest for a job. i've already driven 250 miles in a week looking for one. Even through traffic.
I wish gas was a tax deduction.

I formatted my computer last night and i feel excited because when it rebooted up, it felt like i was getting a new computer again. Also, kinda like my slate is wiped clean.
Then i downloaded all the spyware protection that i should have had before and also Yahoo Widgets! I think Yahoo bought konfabulator.com, which i downloaded them from before, but you have to check them out, their so kewl. I especially like the Nu Jongg one. I've spent countless amounts of hours playing it and I got as high as 33420 points.
I also got to download a few songs from Download.com. My favorite song is I Want a Lover I Don't Have to Love by Bright Eyes.
So, i think today will be the day i email all those people i've put off emailing for over a month now.

I've only been here a week and i've already gone through all the emotions in the alphabet: happy, sad, mad, frustrated, indifferent, successful, confused, confident, insecure, social, alone, worried, relieved, contented, desperate, loved, rejected, sorry, surprised, annoyed, esteemed, scared, energetic, lazy, elated, bored, nervous, shy, depressed, etc.
:(
This is because one of the hard classes I found out I haven't taken the requirement (ack!), and i just got a virus from AIM and i've spent most of my time Thursday and Friday trying to erase it but to no avail. It beat me so i have now spent all day until 5 this morning sorting and copying my 12.327 GB of crap onto cds.

This year i have hard classes and am forced to get a job! How am i ever going to keep up my 4.0 average?
i'll tell you how: by going completely mad while stressed under multitudes of papers, tests, and pop quizzes. :(

oh yes, and this is my room! i am proud because it looks more colorful than last year.

Resolutions

Once i got home i promised myself i'd try to do everything i need to do since i now have the time. However, all i've done is reverted back to my old habits of being lazy and keeping to my room.
What i really need to do is sort through my clothes and pick out only 3 weeks of clothing, go through all my stuff and books and pick out those that i'll actually use, and then start a bunch of projects i've been meaning to get to: writing a comic, reading one of my many books, completing the photo album i began 2 years ago, and starting on my scrapbook of fashion magazine clippings to aid in my drawings.
(my artist role model - Loomis - did it)
Not to mention, it's now 7 days till Christmas and i still have presents i still need to buy. I really need to fix my procrastination problem.
But at least i've started on my journey to better my habits; i'm now going to go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 7am. So no late night phone calls please.

YAY!!! I GOT A 95!!!
(of course after 12 hours of writing notes and reposting them on the computer for easy access)
but yay!
i mean i could have gotten a 97, but i was confused about the instructions.
oh well...
so anyways, that means an A in Art Appreciation. Most likely a B in Economics, an A in History, A in Math, and Hopefully a B in English, although i procrastinated and turned in the 2 essays at the last minute on Tuesday. They looked good after staying up till 7am, but after sleep i'm not so sure anymore.

ok, this is the beginning....

"meet Ralph" sounded interesting and inviting, like the beginning of a book. It was inspired by my favorite book How to be Happy, Dammit about Ralph, which they named that infinite, invisible, vibrating, all-knowing energy that is within you and around you, a.k.a. intuition, sychronicity.

now that i've finally figured out a name for this blog, i can finally stop procrastination (for now) and study for my test tomorrow which i need an 85 to get an A.
:'( but i don't count on it because the last test i was ready for and i got a 79. This one, i have 5 more hours of studying to do.
